    7. The truly believing man is not the one who blindly follows a certain teaching or the Bible, but the one who places his faith in a pure conscience and clear thought — the truest exponents of the will of God.

Not found. The Jubilee name index has «Бигелов Герберт — т. 41: 424, 470» with no dates or identity; p. 424 is June's 6-22.7, also not found. The man is probably Herbert S. Bigelow, the Cincinnati Congregational minister and single-taxer (a web search found sermons of his reported in Nebraska newspapers in 1903), and the thought, that most of those in prisons and on the gallows are people disinherited by the law that punishes them, is in that school's terms; neither the identification nor the source was confirmed. No book of his before 1906 was found on archive.org (his The Religion of Revolution is of 1916, his Ohio convention speeches of 1912).

Searched: Every saved source text for 'Bigelow'; the text layers of IAPSOP's PDFs of 68 issues of The World's Advance-Thought, March 1897 to 1907 (vols. XI–XXI), and the saved archive.org scans of its vols. II–VI and XIV–XXII, for 'Bigelow', 'fill our prisons', 'fill the jails', 'on the gallows', 'disinherited', 'robbed by the law', and 'law which punishes' (only a Mrs. L. Bigelow of Portland and Dr. Henry J. Bigelow appear); Coit, Southgate's two anthologies, and Tileston; archive.org metadata for works by Herbert S. Bigelow; a web search for the English wording with Bigelow; Jubilee vols. 40, 43 and 45. Chronicling America's search was unavailable. The Whim and Crosby's Earth for All Calendar, both on the Jubilee list of sources and both likely places for a single-taxer's words, are not on archive.org.
